Uncomplicated and simple to operate . and it works great! I just use the quart and gallon size bags, but you can use the rolls and just cut with scissors to make custom size bags. This seems easier for me than the vacuum sealers that have roll storage and cutters. most of which are large and bulky and take up more space.
